My name is Maria Nychyporenko. I have been studying nutrition since 2015, when I completed my first nutrition course in Ireland. In 2023–2024 I continued my education at Dr. Ekaterina Tolstikova’s School of Dietetics.

I also have many years of professional culinary experience. I worked as a chef in restaurants in Italy and Ireland, and cooking has been my passion for most of my life.

This is my main strength: I understand not only nutrition, but also real food, taste, recipes and everyday cooking. I can create healthy menus from the foods you already love.

Every day we eat several times, often without thinking how strongly food affects the body. Many people connect health problems only with genetics, stress, age or the environment, while one of the most important daily factors is often overlooked: what they put on their plate.
